Heywire 2009 competition on now

Mon Feb 2 2009

The Heywire Youth Issues forum is happening in Canberra as we speak (so to speak), but to get there next year you can enter in the 2009 heywire competition at abc.net.au/heywire.

Heywire is all about telling it like it is, and is an avenue for young people (16 - 22) in regional and remote areas to submit their issues, thoughts and passions  about life in Australia outside the major cities to the ABC - you can do so in any medium: stories, photos, video or audio.

Successful stories are broadcast nationally on the ABC and every year 32 winners gather in Canberra to discuss what is important to them.

Go heywire on the ABC and tell it like it is for you!
